Off The Blocks is a series run by USA swimming giving a behind the scenes look into some of team USA’s training environments. Season 4 has just kicked off with the first episode focusing on the Arizona Sun Devils with coach Bob Bowman (Michael Phelps’ coach) and the multiple olympians he coaches. This episode is a great watch for any swimmer or parent to show what it takes at the top level.

USA National Championships are also taking place at the moment, a meet which is used a trails for the upcoming world championships in Fukuoka at the end of July. Many of the swimmers featured above will be competing and vying for space on the National team. All of the sessions will be live streamed on the USA swimming YouTube channel (Previous sessions can be rewatched and found under the ‘LIVE’ tab) and results can be found here.
